Building a community on Instagram is one of the most significant ways to establish trust, gain loyalty, grow engagement, and stay connected with your clients. As a Realtor®, there's a good chance that your clients will want to look for you on Instagram. And when you have an authentic Instagram account that showcases a portfolio of your work and gives insight into who you are personally and professionally, chances are that you’re already on your way to proving yourself as a trustworthy, genuine, and transparent Realtor®.

Who is your ideal client? First-time homebuyers, real estate investors, Millennials, relocators, young professionals?
